At a railyard the wagon master checked the train. 1 tankwagon was loaded
with 52200/kg ethyl acrylate. The packing of the manhole cover was too
thin. Release and stench emission occurred. The wagon master was being
unconscious and taken to hospital. Rail company emergency response team
took action. They placed a new packing. 1 fireman of the rail company
emergency response team was injured by toxic inhalation and taken to
hospital. Railway was interrupted for 4/hours.
